How To Use Your Clay Mask
Mix 1-2 scoopfuls of clay in a small dish. Slowly add a tiny bit of water and mix with brush until a creamy paste forms.
Brush evenly onto face. Let dry almost completely (about 10 minutes). Use warm water to wet a soft washcloth and lay it flat on your face for 30-60 seconds to let the steam soften the clay. Wipe with warm cloth, rinsing as needed, until fully removed. Pat dry with dry cloth.
*A little redness after a clay mask is completely normal, and will resolve on its own.
Follow with Face Refresh and Face Serum.

Recommended Skin Care Routine
For radiant skin, I recommend using a clay mask 2-3 times a week and maintaining a daily ritual of using Face Refresh and Face Serum. I recommend using both Face Refresh and Face Serum at morning prior to makeup and at night before bed.
Face Serum can also be used as a cleanser. The oils remove dirt, impurities and makeup and is gentle for your face without aggravating it or drying it out. If you have sensitive or dry skin, I recommend using the face Serum as a cleanser. Simply rinse your face with warm water in the morning, and then at night massage the serum into your skin for 60-90 seconds. Wipe with warm, soft cloth. Follow with refresh and a light application of serum.
If your face responds best to an exfoliating cleanser, you can mix a small amount of any mask and use to massage into your skin, rinsing before it dries. Follow with Face Refresh (if your face is dry, spritz the Refresh onto a cotton pad and rub the skin) and Face Serum.
Skin Care Tips
First and foremost, it is important to recognize that everyone is different, and not every product or routine works for every person. Skin will react differently depending on so many variables. It is important to understand what works best for your own skin by experimenting with both products and routines until you find what works best.
There are a lot of outside factors that end up showing on our skin. In addition to maintaining a routine that uses all-natural products, it is generally also important to:
- maintain a healthy diet and eat a lot of nutritious food
- drink a TON of water
- NEVER touch your face with your fingers - it leads to scarring, breakouts, and clogged pores
- get good sleep
- keep stress levels as low as possible
All of the above is of course easier said than done, but plays an important role in maintaining healthy skin. Radiant skin is possible for all of us.
